Andesign has recently completed her “crochet veggie series,” where there were kawaii, quick, and miniature versions of some popular crochet vegetables. In this post, I gonna share with you tutorials for the five of amigurumi crochet vegetables, including how to crochet a carrot, chili, eggplant, pea beans in a pod, and my favorite cabbage amigurumi.

Crochet this kawaii mini carrot amigurumi with eyes in unusual colors like yellow, purple, and beige, along with orange. The sprout is small to get a baby carrot look. With the colors I have mentioned, you can make it not only for autumn crafts but for any time of the year.

You will especially love the blush embroidery near the eyes. For a large carrot, you can simply switch the yarn to chenille yarn.

Materials Needed

The materials used in the tutorial to crochet a cute carrot are:

Milk Cotton Yarn:

    1. Four-ply yarn (or similar weight) in the colors you like for the carrot body and leaves (typically orange and green).

    2. light yellow yarn is also used for the very tip of the carrot.

  2. Stuffing: Polyester fiber (used to fill the carrot body).

This is how you can crochet super easy eggplant amigurumi in either light purple or dark purple, same for the green. Add it to your Thanksgiving basket or attach a keychain for selling at fairs. You should crochet a pair of these eggplants.

The pattern is so fast and results in an eggplant amigurumi with the right body curve ratio, and also the large embroidered eyes with actual eyeball color (black and white).

Materials Needed

Follow this tutorial to crochet a pair of super cute, spicy chili pepper amigurumi. Just with different colors, you can crochet both the red and green chili. The pattern for these crochet chillies is actually no-sew, easy.

You can use the finished chillies as a keychain, kitchen hangers, and also fridge magnets. The embroidered eyes for these chillies are quite basic and easy, and that actually suits.

The materials used in the tutorial for the crocheted chili pepper are:

Full of character and easy, this green pea pod amigurumi displaying three pea beans tucked inside is simply oh-so cute. The beans are removable, so this can also be used in the kids’ Sunday plays.

The pod and beans are crocheted separately, with some sewing needed after putting the beans inside so they don’t fall apart. You can also crochet a faceless version for decoration.

I can say for sure that this naba cabbage amigurumi is well-designed and unique since the original naba cabbage looks far different from this. This tutorial will help you crochet a kawaii and mini cabbage amigurumi by crocheting simple ovals and working around them.

You can with either orange or black eyes, and both look so cute. I am also sure nobody will be able to resist this as a gift.
