In fact, it needs the same pattern as you will use to crochet a regular candy corn plushie, except for the addition of crochet tail, ears and tiny safety beads. Crochet Rat Amigurumi Tutorial
Skill Level: Beginner. You are gonna work this crochet pattern from nose to bottom by working in the round using color changes and surface stitching to make the nose. As for stitches, to crochet a cone, you will simply need a basic increasing pattern using the single crochet stitch, slip stitch, and chain starting with the magic ring. A decrease is needed to close the bottom of the body.
