Skill Level: Intermediate. Like any doll’s legs, you will initially start with crocheting two legs, including the color-switching, starting from an oval base for the shoe. After crocheting two legs, you will simply work around them to make the waist. For the ghost, you will also need the basic amigurumi techniques: single crochet, slip stitches, increase and decrease, working in back loops and more basics. Also, make sure you have practiced on clean color changes.
Tutorial Timing: Approximately 27 minutes for the first part and 30 minutes for the second. (Crocheting this boo ghost amigurumi is worth the time, as you will learn how to work around and join two crochet amigurumi. Stripe work is another awesome and useful skill that you will learn from this tutorial.)
Personalization Tips: The crochet legs may be too large and quirky for many, but you can easily adjust the size of the legs by reducing the rounds. However, make sure to make the waist as long as the hollow part of the boo ghost, as it will fit inside it – no need for stuffing except the inner. Crocheting it using the plush yarn is another good option for personalization.
Pattern Type: Unluckily, on-screen instructions are unavailable. Therefore, make sure you read the techniques guide thourougly from below before getting started.
