Materials for Christmas Ornaments
Gather the following suggested supplies for crocheting these mini Christmas ornaments, mentioned in the tutorial (I hope she has kept the materials the same for all):
- Yarn: 100% cotton yarn, 4-ply (2mm thickness) in red, white, green, skin color, brown, dark shade of green, and black.
- Chenille yarn (optional for Santa hat)
- Crochet Hook: 2.5 mm.
- Safety Eyes: 12 mm.

Crochet Christmas Ornaments

The head base is common among all these Christmas amigurumi ornaments, which is worked starting with a magic ring and using single crochet and increases to form the shape, reaching 48 stitches before working straight rows and then decreasing.
Safety eyes (12mm) are inserted and secured, and facial details are added via embroidery in white yarn for the eyebrows.

Stitches for Ornaments
There might be a need for many advanced stitches depending on the choice of your ornament. Here I have mentioned the common ones with quick guides:
- Magic Ring (MR): Cross the yarn over your finger, insert the hook, pull up a loop, and chain one, then work the first stitches into the ring to start a round piece.
- Single Crochet (SC): Insert the hook into the stitch, yarn over, pull through the stitch, yarn over, and pull through both loops on the hook.
- Increase (INC): Work two single crochet stitches into the same stitch to add a stitch to the round.
- Decrease (DEC): Insert the hook into the front loop of the next stitch, then the front loop of the following stitch, yarn over, and pull through all loops to reduce a stitch.
- Slip Stitch (SL ST): Insert the hook, yarn over, and pull through the stitch and the loop on the hook to join or finish a section.
