Crochet Plush Spider Tutorial
Skill Level: Beginner – Intermediate. The body of the spider plushie is first created by working in the round as a sphere using single crochet, slip stitch, chain, increase, and decrease stitches. The legs will be crocheted using surface stitching on the body, following a pattern of chain, single crochet, and slip stitch.
Fortunately, it does not require sewing, and multiple legs can be crocheted at once. You will also embroider the face. The hat is also worked as a one-piece using single crochet, half double crochet, BLO, and more easy techniques.
Tutorial timing: Approximately 35 minutes (worth watching as the pattern is unique and teaches techniques like crocheting multiple legs as you go, which is useful for projects like girl dolls, jellyfish, and many more.
