How is it done?
To crochet the granny square headband, the process begins with creating the center of the granny square. At 00:26, you have two options for making the center: using a magic ring or another method covered later at 04:53, followed by the completion of the first round at 03:55 and 07:25, respectively.
Next, the tutorial moves to round two of the granny square at 08:16, demonstrating how to add double crochets and chain spaces for each corner, finishing the second round by 11:42. Once four granny squares are completed, they are joined together along their edges at 12:14 by working only through the back loops for a clean, seamless connection.
At 16:09, single crochets are worked around the joined squares to form the base of the headband. The corners are addressed at 19:55, reinforced with single crochets before moving on to crocheting the first triangle and tying at 20:44.
The final round of the first triangle and tie is completed at 23:52, and the same process is repeated for the second triangle and tie at 25:13. This step-by-step approach results in a stylish and handmade granny square headband.
