01 of 05 Crochet Summery Cake Mushroom Pattern
We’re starting the cutest collection with this crochet cake mushroom. A tiny project that’s half forest mushroom and half frosted cupcake. It’s the perfect pattern if you want to play with textured stitches to get that “whipped icing” look on your amigurumi.
General Making:
To make the cap, crochet a basic round top and add a row of puffy popcorn stitches around the bottom edge for the frosting. Switch over to white yarn to grow the stem, adding a couple more popcorn stitches along the way to act as little hands. After stuffing it and closing the base, just pop on some small bead eyes, add a bit of pink for the cheeks, and top it off with a tiny crocheted berry or leaf to finish the look.

02 of 05 Crochet Pinwheel Charm Summery Pattern
Nothing says summer quite like something that actually spins in the breeze. The crochet pin wheel is a fun piece that uses five colorful blades to get that classic retro look, making it way more interesting than your typical flat project.
General Making:
To make it, you start with a tiny center circle and crochet five separate triangular blades directly off the base. The magic happens when you fold one corner of each blade back toward the middle—this creates the “pockets” that catch the air. Just pin it all down in the center with a pretty bead or button, and you’ve got a bright, spinning toy that’s perfect for a summer garden or a cute bag charm.

03 of 05 Crochet Radish Plushie Summery Pattern
We’re keeping the cutest collection going with this crochet radish—a tiny veggie that’s basically a round little personality with a pop of green on top. It’s a super quick project if you want something fun to hook up in one sitting, and it looks great as a bag charm or a kitchen shelf buddy.
General Making:
To make it, you start by crocheting two small white “legs” and joining them together to build up the plump radish body in rounds. Along the way, you add two puffy popcorn stitches to act as tiny hands, giving it a bit more character than a standard vegetable plushie. After stuffing and closing the body, add some simple safety eyes and crochet a few long green leaves to sprout from the top, finishing off that fresh-from-the-garden look.

04 of 05 Crochet Pig Cone Summery Pattern
This crochet pig ice cream cone is such a fun summer project—it’s basically a mashup of a classic pink piggy and a waffle cone, and it’s honestly adorable. It’s perfect if you want to make something a little different using simple amigurumi shapes that come together into a really unique plushie.
General Making:
To get started, you’ll crochet the cone in tan yarn, working in rounds that widen out to get that classic shape. For the pig “scoop,” you switch over to pink yarn to make a round ball. The best part is the wavy “drip” edge at the bottom of the scoop that makes it look like the ice cream is actually melting. Once it’s stuffed, just sew on a tiny snout, some floppy ears, and a little red cherry on top to finish it off.

05 of 05 Crochet Fish Summery Pattern
Lastly we have the crochet fish which is a perfect little summer scrap-buster. It’s quick, colorful, and makes for a really cute keychain or bag charm. The fish is the kind of project you can finish in one sitting, using basic stitches to create a plump, tropical-looking fish that’s full of personality.
You start by crocheting the body in a bright summer shade, working in rounds to create an oval shape that tapers at the ends. Instead of making separate fins, you can work your stitches directly into the body to create the tail and side fins, giving it a seamless, clean look. Once you’ve stuffed it and closed it up, just add some simple safety eyes or embroidered details to bring your little swimmer to life.
