Crochet Watermelon Tissue Holder & Pouch
Learn how to crochet a watermelon-themed tissue holder. You will start by crocheting a flat base using light and dark green yarn to make the striped rind. After bordering the base, you work upwards in rounds, through white and pink yarns to represent the inner rind before switching to red.
The main body uses double crochets, chaining and skipping stitches to create small gaps that look perfectly staggered like watermelon seeds. The project finishes off easily by sewing two wooden buttons.
