This pattern allows you to make a beautifully detailed and colorful crochet betta fish, perfect for a handmade “aquarium” or as a charming buddy. Start by crocheting the main body in rounds, starting from the nose and increasing to the widest part before gradually decreasing to shape the back end, remembering to insert the small safety eyes early in the process.
