Crochet Fish Pouch Bag Pattern For Summer Outgoings

1. The Mouth (Ivory)

  • Fasten off. Repeat for the other side.

4. Top & Bottom Fins (Make 2)

The Top Fin is slightly taller (5 rounds), the Bottom Fin is shorter (3 rounds).

  • R3: 8 sc. (8) — Stop here for Bottom Fin.

  • R4: 3 sc, 2 inc, 3 sc. (10)

  • R5: 10 sc. (10) — Stop here for Top Fin.

  • Fasten off with a long tail for sewing.

Assembly

  1. Mouth: Sew vertically to the front center (where the colors meet).

  2. Eyes: Embroider or attach safety eyes about 9 stitches away from the mouth.

  3. Fins: Sew the Top and Bottom fins to the center seams.

  4. Zipper: Turn the pouch inside out. Pin the zipper along the opening of R25 and sew using a needle and thread. Use a backstitch for strength, ensuring you only catch the back of the crochet stitches so the thread doesn’t show on the outside
