Quick Crochet Life-Like Rainbow Lobster Tutorial
This adorable crochet lobster is perfect for using up your leftover scrap yarn. You start by making the head and body in one single piece, adding stuffing as you work your way down. Then, you will crochet bright, rainbow-colored shell directly onto the back loops of the body to create the shell.
After finishing the main body and the cute little tail, you make a pair of big claws and tiny claws to attach to the front. Finally, you will crochet six little legs in matching rainbow colors and sew them.
Materials Used
Milk Cotton Yarn: Used in coral (or red for the main body), plus rainbow colors like orange, yellow, green, light blue, and purple for the shell and legs.
Crochet Hook: 2.5 mm hook used for the entire project.
Safety Eyes: One pair of 4 mm black safety eyes.
Stuffing: Fiberfill to gently stuff the head, body, and the larger claws.
