How to Crochet ELEGANT Maple Leaf For Fall & Halloween

Learn how to crochet a beautiful ribbed maple leaf for fall in any autumn color following this FREE pattern. Unlike the crochet maple leaf tutorial I shared last year, this has a beautiful ribbed texture that makes it a must-have fall coaster, addition to fall buntings, table decoration and a keychain. You can crochet it in green, orange, yellow and even use the self-striping yarn combining all autumn colors.

You will crochet a realistic maple leaf and luckily, you can crochet it in two sizes. Unlike the crochet maple leaf I shared last year, this is also worked in the back-and-forth rows instead of rounds. So, I hope if you follow the pattern rightly, it would be easy for beginners.

Crochet Maple Leaf For Fall Tutorial

This beautiful crochet project creates a textured, realistic-looking autumn maple leaf. You can use any yarn of your choice to create different sizes of leaves which make perfect coasters, appliques, or fall home decorations.

The pattern is worked by building a central leaf segment and then creating multiple points and branches off the sides using single crochets in the back loop only, which gives it those lovely ribbed leaf veins.

Materials:
